On June 21, the 16-year-old Tivoli Gardens High student who was seen fighting a teacher is scheduled to go before the Family Court.
The student is accused of maliciously destroying property and assault causing actual bodily harm.

According to the Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) of the Police, the incident happened immediately after 11 on Wednesday.
According to CCU, the Police are not currently considering filing any charges against the teacher.
In response to the incident, the education minister urged the industry to step up efforts to prevent anti-social and dysfunctional behaviour among some students, parents, and other stakeholders.
